Kids Ballet Program Overview
Discover the Closter Performing Arts Kids Ballet Program, designed for ages 2-6 to instill the fundamental principles of ballet technique through a curriculum that celebrates movement, imagination, and music. Our classes run from September to June, offering a year-long exploration of dance in a nurturing environment. No prior experience is necessary to join.

Tots Ballet Class
(Ages 2-3)
Our Tots Ballet Class offers a nurturing introduction to dance for toddlers aged 2-3. This program focuses on creativity, movement, and skill development in a supportive environment. Through playful activities and guided by experienced instructors, children and caregivers explore movement patterns and music together, fostering imagination and self-expression.

Pre-Primary Ballet (Ages 3-5)
Our Pre-Primary Ballet program is tailored for children aged 3 to 5 (Pre-K 3 and 4), introducing them to the fundamentals of ballet in a fun and engaging way. Emphasizing coordination, musicality, and fundamental movement skills, this level uses creative exercises and imaginative play to nurture young dancers' abilities. It's designed to build a strong foundation in ballet and ignite a passion for dance, setting the stage for future growth.

Primary Ballet (Ages 5-6)
Our Primary Ballet level is designed for students aged 5 to 6 (Kindergarten), marking a pivotal stage in their ballet education. This level builds upon foundational skills with a focus on posture, turnout, and basic ballet terminology. Classes introduce a structured approach to training, aiming to enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination. It provides a solid base for advancing further in ballet technique.

Curriculum Focus: Emphasizes posture, turnout, basic ballet terminology, strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Pricing: 10 installments of $120
Full School Year Tuition
(2024 September -2025 June)
To complete enrollment, a non-refundable registration fee is required. Uniform is included in the registration fee.
Regular Registration fee: $95 charged upon registration.
Payment Options:
10 Payment Installments: Total tuition is divided into 10 equal installments. Payments are due by the first of each month, starting September 1st, 2024. Our tuition schedule is based on a 35-week school year, accommodating holidays and breaks which may affect class schedules.
Full Payment Discount: Pay in full by September 1st and receive a 5% discount on tuition. Please email us after completing your online registration.
Total tuition is not based on the number of classes per month. The tuition does not include performances fees. Please check our cancelation policy.

*Class days, times, and instructors are subject to change. Minimum of 4 students needed to run a class.
Dress Code
Upon registration, all dancers in the Closter Performing Arts 2024-2025 Kids Ballet Training Program will receive a uniform leotard. For timely delivery, please register soon. Non-uniform leotards are not permitted. Contact us with any dress code questions.
Performance Opportunity
Annual Recital: Students are strongly recommended to participate in the annual recital. Performance dates and additional information to be determined.
Annual Recital Fee: $220.00 - Includes 1 costume and participation fee. Does not include tickets or extra costumes.
