Lyrical/Contemporary Dance classes offer a unique and expressive outlet for dancers of all ages. These classes focus on fluid movements that blend elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance styles, allowing students to explore emotion and storytelling through choreography. Participants develop grace, flexibility, and strength as they learn to interpret music and lyrics with their bodies. Lyrical/Contemporary Dance encourages artistic expression and creativity, fostering a deep connection between movement and emotion. Students gain confidence in their abilities to convey narratives and feelings through dance, enhancing their stage presence and performance skills. Our studio offers Lyrical/Contemporary Dance classes for students aged 9 and older, providing a supportive environment where dancers can cultivate their passion for artistic movement and personal expression.

Classes are held from September to June, with no prior experience required. The curriculum is designed for year-long study, so students must be of age by August 31st, 2024. A registration fee is mandatory for all students. All Lyrical/Contemporary classes meet once a week. All Lyrical/Contemporary students are strongly recommended to take at least one Ballet class.
